The buildings facade features 4,000 square feet of Elevate Series 1200 composite metal wall panels in oyster white on the administrative building and indoor pool, and pewter on the main building and gym. On the low-slope roofing areas, 31,000 square feet of cold-applied Elevate SBS modified bitumen roofing system and 300 square feet of 90-mil Elevate RubberGard EPDM roofing system were installed. The contractor also used Elevate Tapered ISO 95+ GL polyiso insulation, Elevate Multi-Purpose MB Cold Adhesive and DensDeck Prime when installing the systems.
The installation was completed in three phases the gym, pool and exercise area with each phase individually measured and engineered by six roofing professionals over a total of eight months. While the humidity associated with the indoor pool presented some challenges, it was engineered for dew point conditions. Despite this, the building showcases a unique blend of multiple panels and colors and is FM/UL-certified.
The roof is protected by a Elevate Red Shield 20-year Warranty.
