EXTRA PROTECTION AGAINST EXTERNAL FIRE
Firescreen SA is a thin and lightweight reinforced membrane designed to manage the spread of external fire on the roofs of buildings with strict fire regulations, such as industrial warehouses classified as ICPE (Installations Classified for Environmental Protection) following the French regulation.
It consists of a reinforced aluminium foil with self-adhesive butyl backing, protected by a release film. This protection foil is installed on top of the roofing membrane, following the specifications defined by local or national regulations.
Firescreen SA is fully compatible with Elevate UltraPly TPO membranes. It can also be used on fully-adhered Elevate RubberGard EPDM membranes (primer application mandatory). Please contact our technical department for specific details.
Fire-resistant
The aluminum surface of Firescreen SA has a reaction to fire A2,s1-d0 that is required by the French regulation and acts as a non-combusible layer against the spread of flames.
Quick and easy to install
Firescreen SA is a self-adhesive foil that can be applied directly onto UltraPly TPO roofing membranes, without the need to use primers or special adhesives.
Long lasting
Thanks to its reinforced aluminium layer and its excellent adhesion performance, the Firescreen SA is meant to stick and to last on the roofing membrane for a long time.
