The existing roof on the company’s Chicago, Ill. Division office was replaced with 11,900 square feet of 60-mil fully-adhered Elevate UltraPly TPO over Elevate Tapered ISO 95+ polyiso insulation. The previous roof consisted of a mechanically-attached EPDM system and a PVC membrane, which was approximately 12 years old and experienced ongoing leaks. The roofing contractor on suggested the Elevate system because they are familiar with Elevate UltraPly TPO and confident in its high-quality and performance. The roof is protected by a 10-year Elevate Red Shield Warranty.
