Diamond Jo Casino Dubuque, Iowa Located at the Port of Dubuque, Diamond Jo Casino is a casino and entertainment facility. The complex includes a bowling alley, restaurants, bars, retail stores, entertainment theatre and parking ramp. Tapered ISO 95+ polyiso insulation was specified for this project with the help of Elevates Tapered Design department. The low-slope portion of the roof and the covered stairwell roofs of the parking ramp were installed with a combined 71,000 square feet of fully-adhered 60-mil Elevate UltraPly TPO. The other 35,000-square-foot portion was installed with a 24-gauge UNA-CLAD UC-4 self-locking, standing seam metal panel system. In addition, 4,100 square feet of UNA-CLAD UC-500 soffit panels were also installed. 22,500 square feet of 20-gauge coil stock was fabricated for the built-in gutter and fascia system, along with 12,000 square feet of flat sheet stock for copings, counterflashings, downspouts and miscellaneous flashing and trim work.
