Ganesh Nayakawadi

Chief Financial Officer

Ganesh Nayakwadi is the Chief Financial Officer. He has over 20 years of corporate finance experience in various industrial manufacturing industries, including automotive, tire, and most recently, building products. He has broad-based experience leading high-performing and diverse teams, driving corporate profitability through close collaboration with business partners and leading through complex situations.

Prior to this role, Ganesh served as the executive finance director for our organization, where he helped lead the sale of the business in 2020 to Holcim as the head of finance. He then transitioned to Holcim in a similar capacity and now serves as the CFO. Ganesh has four years of experience in the building products industry and has helped lead the company through substantial organic and inorganic growth in recent years.

Ganesh has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan, and he earned an MBA from Wayne State University.
