Zion Lutheran Church

Zion Lutheran Church Arcadia, Iowa Several years ago, a ballasted Elevate 60-mil EPDM single-ply rubber membrane roof was installed on an addition to Zion Lutheran Church in Arcadia, Iowa. A ballasted Elevate EPDM membrane was also installed on the old school building next to the church using Elevate metal for the gravel stop. At that time, colonial red Elevate UNA-CLAD UC-500 flush panel was chosen for the soffit panel on the church. The fascia was also covered with UNA-CLAD and the small pitched roof at the entryway of the addition was retrofit with some remaining panels.When the old slate shingle roof on the main church structure began to have minor leaks and showed signs of aging, a colonial red 17.75? wide UNA-CLAD UC-4 standing seam roof panel from Elevate was selected because of its superior performance as well as to complement the gravel stop on the addition. The roofs 10/12 slope provided a challenge, but the installation went smoothly nonetheless.
