The company recently upgraded and expanded its headquarters and took advantage of the opportunity to incorporate sustainable products into the facility. The new and existing buildings feature 60,600 square feet of mechanically attached Elevate UltraPly TPO over Elevate ISO 95+ polyiso Insulation. Both flat and tapered insulation was used on the flat roof. The building also features Elevate UNA-CLAD roofing panels and sloped metal roofing, UNA-CLAD VR-Classic wall panels and UC-500 perforated and radiused panels on the interior. The Energy Star white TPO roof helped Loram’s new and improved headquarters achieve LEED®-NC v2.2 Silver Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. The roof is protected by a Elevate Red Shield 10-year Warranty.
