One Central Park East Phoenix, Arizona Located in downtown Phoenix, Ariz., the new 26-story, 700,000-square-foot high-rise office building located at One Central Park East required a high performance, top quality roof. The building’s roof features 30,600 square feet of 60-mil fully adhered Elevate UltraPly TPO over Elevate ISO 95+ polyiso insulation with 8-inch heavy duty Elevate fasteners. The contractor suggested a white roofing system for this state-of-the-art building to maximize energy efficiency. Logistics and installation proved challenging for this project since it is located in a busy downtown area. As with most large buildings, a freight elevator was required to transport materials. The roof is protected by a 10-year Elevate Red Shield Warranty and is FM/UL certified.
