Houston Pavilion Houston, Texas The Houston Pavilion project includes a 132,500 square foot concrete deck featuring 60-mil fully-adhered Elevate UltraPly TPO membrane and Elevate ISO 95+ polyiso insulation. A 31,500 square foot steel deck portion of the roof features mechanically attached UltraPly TPO membrane with 5-inch gauge heavy duty fasteners. The pavilion has a combined square feet of 164,000. The roof was installed by Gage Roofing & Constructors, Inc. and is protected by a 20-year Elevate Red Shield Warranty.
